Plus223 Education is an educational service company based in the Toronto area, designed to provide after-school programming for elementary-grade students. Our goal is to deliver educational experiences through various methods and materials, allowing students to realize that learning is fun and promoting their self-confidence so that they reach their full potential both inside and outside of the classroom. We will continue to add services and products which are aligned with our goal to enrich student’s learning experience.

Currently, Plus223 Education delivers the Algo Club programme, a weekly after-school math programme, at elementary schools and other locations as well as at student's home in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Montreal. The Algo Club programme, which is designed for students in Grades 1-6, is not a typical math programme nor a tutoring programme. The Algo Club is a revolutionary instructional programme designed to develop all children’s curiosity about mathematics, while building mathematical thinking, reasoning, analytical, and communication skills. This is achieved through specially designed, engaging puzzles and games. Students who participate in the Algo Club often do not realize they are engaged in “math” activities, and always end their weekly session excited and motivated about mathematics and learning. These educational experiences provide children with the necessary skills and abilities to reach their full potential, both inside and outside the classroom.

The Algo Club programme was originally developed in Japan, and in the past ten years, it has helped thousands of students develop curiosity about mathematics, leading them to success. The main goal of the Algo Club programme is to make learning fun and lead students to enjoy learning, while gaining important knowledge and skills. By introducing this uniquely designed weekly 90-minute after-school math programme to Canada, Plus223 will awaken each student’s math sense, and allow their abilities to blossom.
